This weeks specials! The board of directors at Briarwood Resort in Falmouth, MA has taken back several white weeks from delinquent owners. These intervals are in weeks 13 - 20. The units are all 2BR units with full kitchens. When you purchase a week at Briarwood, you also get 3 or 4 days of bonus time to use in the off season. Contact us for details. While they last, these weeks are being offered at only $995.00* We have a few weeks that we own ourselves and simply don't need anymore. Some red, some white and some blue. Since we don't need them anymore, we're letting them go for any reasonable offer!! For example, we own week 26 at the Club of Cape Cod in the prime of summer in a one bedroom unit. We sell summer weeks for up to $22,000 and seldom have anything under $5,000. We'll sell this summer week on Cape Cod, walk to the beach for $2,500 to the first person who wants it. If you're interested, get in touch with us right away as I know it's not going to last. By the way, I haven't told our salespeople about this or they'd sell it with just a couple of phone calls.
